Airbag recall cost me $600 I brought my 2013 x6 in for a airbag recall and when I received it back the turn signals were not working properly so the service advisor said to brin I brought my 2013 x6 in for a airbag recall and when I received it back the turn signals were not working properly so the service advisor said to bring it back in. He called me later and said that the relay went bad and since they had just taken apart the plugs they would cover the labor if I paid $600 for the part. In my opinion the relay would have Lasted a lot longer then it did. More

I would be very cautious because you will have to deal with Jeff Johnson. He was extremely extremely unprofessional disrespectful to the extent it had make you feel that he is being racist. When purchasing an X5M and your counter offer is and that's what he said " I have no flexibility" never have we been treated like that in any delearship and to be more clear we as a group of friends we all own multiple bmw's so we never low ball anyone we know our cars and true value. We had a friend who a bad experience few weeks ago in the same delearship but it never clicked that would be the reason till we met D*** H*** Jeff. As good of a facility it's worthless to me with A guy like Jeff. Again thank you Darryl for your outstanding work. More

Dishonest Trade Value I just attempted to trade in my 2011 Mercedes Benz CL550 (in nearly perfect condition) on a BMW. They said the $125,000 car was now only worth only $ I just attempted to trade in my 2011 Mercedes Benz CL550 (in nearly perfect condition) on a BMW. They said the $125,000 car was now only worth only $14K. Several other local dealers have indicated that the car was worth not less than $20K Beware. The old Erhard is gone. More
