I have owned Audi and Mercedes Benz and no one comes close to the excellent customer service Tom Williams BMW gives. I also would like to compliment the management for having a great loaner coordinator. I think Chris Teal does a great job with their loaner program. I would not want to keep up with how tuff a job like that would be. Keep up the GREAT work guys More
Beyond all expectations I bought my first BMW ever, a few weeks ago, from Tom Williams BMW. Ed McGehee was very patient explaining all the bells and whistles! I brought it back in this week to have satellite radio installed, and was ably helped by Lee Kitchens and Al Fortunato. Lee in particular was extremely helpful, and is a credit to the dealership. Everyone I have come into contact with at the dealership is incredibly customer-oriented, friendly, and helpful. They have all made the purchase experience easy, and of course the car is top notch. I may now be a lifer for BMW! More

First time BMW owner and trip to Tom Williams servce I bought a used BMW and took to it Tom Williams BMW service to get a few questions asked and just to talk to a service adviser about the vehicle in ge I bought a used BMW and took to it Tom Williams BMW service to get a few questions asked and just to talk to a service adviser about the vehicle in general. I could not have been more impressed with Allen and Troy. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to do whatever it took to assure I got my questions answered and was satisfied. They did not kill me with kindness and instead were professional and friendly. I felt like I was talking to someone I could trust. I had a small issue, no fault of theirs at all, and expected to get into a discussion about the issue and fight for my side of the story. I got nothing of that all. I brought the issue to their attention and they simply said "no problem, we will take care of it", period, end of story, no hassle, no "fighting" to convince them of my side and that they should take care of it. If all dealers and other businesses that have to deal with the public face to face had employees like Allen and Troy and treated their customers the way they treated me then the world would certainly be a better place. I am relatively hard to impress and these two immediately surpassed my expectations. Give them a raise or a day off - they earn and deserve it More
Brought my BMW X5 to Tom Williams for servicing. Was met by service advisor Al. He made a quick review of my vehicle. Told me it was all covered under warranty and that Casey would be handling the repair wo by service advisor Al. He made a quick review of my vehicle. Told me it was all covered under warranty and that Casey would be handling the repair work on it. Al arranged for a loaner vehicle. A few hours later he called me and told me the vehicle was finished. When I came out to pick up my X5 , it had been washed and vacuumed, and there was no charge for the work performed. More
Over charge for everything. Damaged my car in three places the made me pay to fix it. Every time I go to Tom Williams BMW, they break something new on my car.
