When he was not not sure the answer, he would told me and check on it for me. He ended up spent a lot time to help me configured exactly what I wanted but I didn't make the purchse or even test drove the first. After I make the comparison, I returned a week later and test drove the car. Again, he was very patience and help me make my final purchse. I will defintely go back to him on my next BMW purchse.
