I was considering several vehicles until I met Jason Eldridge at Tom Williams BMW. I had never driven or owned a luxury car before and was apprehensive. I was instantly impressed with the workmanship of the vehicle as well as the way it handled on the road. Once we selected a vehicle, Jason stayed with me, giving me his 100% undivided attention, to make sure I understood all the amenities. Before the morning was through, I owned the X3. I have purchased several cars in the past and must say that Tom Williams' purchasing process was quick and easy. As a single female, I had many questions but all were all answered to my satisfaction. There was no haggling over price and I felt no pressure or rush from any of the employees to purchase the car. How nice!
