I was considering several vehicles until I met Jason Eldridge at Tom Williams BMW. I had never driven or owned a luxury car before and was apprehensive. Jason showed us several cars that might interest us. He had our 2008 appraised and helped us negotiate a price with which we were comfortable. Jason then spent time with us explaining and demonstrating how the updated features worked.
