When I found out that my BMW was permanently damaged Josh directed me to Jeannie. He said she would be a perfect fit for me and he was right. I felt like she took care of me the same way she would her own daughter and she got me into a better vehicle that I love. More

Currently, I am leasing a 2013 BMW 3 series and I absolutely love it. I have had it a little over a year and have had nothing but positive experiences with sales, finance, and service. My sales guy, Kimel, was patient and informative while I shopped different models. When I finally made a decision, the finance department was extremely knowledgable of different warranties (I ended up getting the 1 year tire warranty which I would highly recommend). Lastly, when I my car alerted me to get my oil changed which I have to mention was not only on the dash but by email ( how cool is that?!). The service department is wonderful, I scheduled an appointment and was in and out in 10 minutes with a loaner car ( a BMW 5 series). This dealership sales a top notch product and have a top notch team doing it. They truly want to help you get into the right vehicle without any judgment you might find somewhere else. I will definitely be a return customer and would recommend them to anybody! More
