My first BMW Jason and I were so excited. I've been back for my enform but Jason did not have a customer and came right over to speak with me about any concerns I had. They told me it would be nearly impossible to find this particular vehicle, so I took it upon myself to search. I found the exact X5 I wanted at Tom Williams BMW! I called to speak with a Sales Associate, and was fortunate to be placed with Larry Carpenter. I was a little leery doing a car deal out of state, and sight-unseen, especially because the transaction would be involving a trade. I Told Larry Carpenter over the phone what I needed for my trade ($2k above what CarMax offered!), and he promised me he could do it. I drove for ten hours to Tom Williams BMW, just praying that Larry Carpenter was a man of his word. Much to my relief, not only is Larry Carpenter a man with integrity, he is a customer service guru and a BMW genius! He made me feel so welcome, and put me at ease immediately, reassuring me that the numbers we spoke of over the phone were solid. He made the transaction easy, quick, and efficient.
