Beyond all expectations I bought my first BMW ever, a few weeks ago, from Tom Williams BMW. Ed McGehee was very patient explaining all the bells and whistles! Everyone I have come into contact with at the dealership is incredibly customer-oriented, friendly, and helpful. They have all made the purchase experience easy, and of course the car is top notch.
