The Finance Manager, Cy Cyphers also pulled out all the stops and utilized his deep knowledge and savvy to bring many unexpected benefits and incentives into play to help put me in much more car than I had ever dreamed of at a cost that I could truly afford. It began with some some friendly conversations which we have frequently when I am in for service or just a car wash. Wonderful Experience - Wonderful People!!! I had the pleasure of working with Shane McRay (Sales) and Ron Durler (Finance) last Saturday, 02/21/2015. Shane and I worked via phone and email all I had the pleasure of working with Shane McRay (Sales) and Ron Durler (Finance) last Saturday, 02/21/2015. Shane and I worked via phone and email all week. I then drove 6 hours to meet Shane and test drive a few cars. He was extremely knowledgeable about every car I asked about - and trust me - I asked him A LOT of questions. We test drove a few cars and he helped me narrow it down to the right car for my wants and needs. Once the car was chosen, I met with Ron to pick out the best coverage/protection plans and to sign the paperwork. He too was very knowledgeable!! Every part of my experience was smooth. (My favorite part was talking with them - I felt like I'd known them both for many years - all just clicked. It's like car shopping with your best buds!!) I really appreciate their help – I will for sure stop to visit the next time I’m passing through town. More

I also would like to compliment the management for having a great loaner coordinator. I think Chris Teal does a great job with their loaner program.
