Our purchase was a pre-owned Honda Element with a 5-speed manual transmission, a vehicle we could not find locally and drove nearly 4 hours to look at. Jeannie called us while we were in transit to confirm our four p.m. appointment. The vehicle was ready for us to drive when we arrived at the dealership, the agreement on price was reached with a minimum of fuss and haggling, and the paperwork was done amazingly quickly considering it was after five p.m. While we were waiting, we asked Jeannie for recommendations on hotels and restaurants and she told us which exit to take off 459 to find plenty of both. Now THAT'S customer service! More
