We carried my daughter’s car in for a recall repair. After 5 weeks we finally got it back. We had it less than 24 hours and it broke down. Water pump went out. They refuse to repair it without us paying for it because it wasn’t related to the recall even though they replaced a coolant line they damaged while it was in their possession and the motor sat open for 5 weeks waiting on a head repair. BEWARE! Find a different dealer. They can’t be trusted!!!! More

What I liked the most about Valarie was the fact that she took the time to listen to my husband who is a "real talker". She explained all the details about the BMW X5 that we saw online, and was so patient as we went through the down payment and financing process. Before we got on the road to drive 3 hours to the dealership, she made sure to secure the vehicle from other salespersons. When we arrived, she made us feel important, and didn't rush us through the process. She showed us all the features of the car, made sure it was well detailed and ready when we arrived at the dealership.
