A few other dealerships were pushy and dismissive when I told them the news of this, but Jeannie was kind and congratulative. It made me want to work with them again whenever the time comes to buy that BMW. I really couldn't speak more highly of the way that was handled. Also, the car I was looking at had an accident history. TWBMW was honest in what they did and did not know about the incident given the information from vehicle history and their own inspection for CPO. I really appreciated that. More
