Our experience was as pleasant as it could be. Our first contact was handled by Taylor who was a front runner for Oleg. Taylor was new but she handled us like a seasoned pro. Oleg was on another level for a Sales Experience person. He knew what the vehicle was and showed us a great presentation on an X7 which covered items we had no idea about. Although they did not have what we were looking for, they found it 4 states away and had it shipped in for us. The delivery process was smooth and easy. I actually did not dislike anything about dealing with Taylor or Oleg. I would 100% recommend Oleg to anyone looking for top level knowledge and customer service. More
