My service advisor, Danial Hunt, is very good. He is knowledgeable, couteaus and friendly. My car is serviced and available in time. I also want to acknowledge and thank the staff at the service bay who knowledgeable, couteaus and friendly. My car is serviced and available in time. I also want to acknowledge and thank the staff at the service bay who greeted customers when they drive in and see customer off when cars are picked up and drive away. These staff were very good, efficient and friendly. On the other hand, this dealer's service department is extremely hard to reach by phone. Any phone call will need to wait for 20 minutes for any one to pick up. To make thing worse, an advisor can only provide update on the cars that he/she advises and can not provide update on cars that other advisors advise. In my case, I called the dealership for an update on my car, after waited for 20 minutes, an advisor picked up but can not provide any update on my car's status (whether it is ready, etc) since Daniel Hunt was my service advisor. The only thing he can do is to help me leave a message for Daniel and then wait for call -back. These days, all the information for a service job should be stored in computer already. Any advisor and receptionist should be able to look up the status of a car and tell customer. More

I would have given it a 5 star rating except I had to wait 15+ minutes just to drop off my car for service. I had already scheduled an appointment so was surprised I had to rate so long to just drop off wait 15+ minutes just to drop off my car for service. Additionally I had asked for my car to be washed (just the outside) - but it was a VERY poor job - the back end of my car clearly was not done. More

I gave my car for 60k mile service and when I got my car after service it was really disappointing, driver seat was dirty with black stains as well as wiper blades are not installed properly and the headlig after service it was really disappointing, driver seat was dirty with black stains as well as wiper blades are not installed properly and the headlights are not functioning as it was earlier.. dropped a message to service advisor but haven’t heard back anything from her… it is really disappointing without final inspection how come they delivered the car!!!! More

We've had three interactions, all dis not meet our expectations: 1. BUYING We did not receive both keys, and it took weeks before we got them. Instead of a structured orientation, we were just asked what questions we had- we didn't know.what we didn't know, and we are still confused with some features of our car and.it is clear we are not enjoying all the features. 2. SERVICE 1 Regular scheduled maintenance was surprising expensive. We asked to have the parts that were replaced put in a box in the trunk, that was not done. We paid.for an oil change, and I have just recently discovered that is covered under a maintenance plan we purchased but was not recognized by the service agent. 2. SERVICE 2 We just took it in for regular service which included a computer download amd.pil change. I asked for wipers to be replaced and old ones put in the trunk. They were not. When I asked if oil change was included, and he had to go check to see if we indeed had a maintenance plan. I was surprised that he didn't know, and I now question why we had to pay for one in the first service call. We paid $200 for wiper blades that retail for less than $100, and take.seconds to install. Overall I am dissapionted in our experiences at this dealership due to lack of attention to detail, value, and responsiveness. More
