I had a great experience getting my car repaired at this dealership. My only complaint is that they kept the car for slightly longer than I expected, but it was communicated from the get-go. I had made an appointment and was on time I had specified where I live what I needed it was not fulfilled I had to call 3 times and still my service with the warranty is not fulfilled because I had borne an where I live what I needed it was not fulfilled I had to call 3 times and still my service with the warranty is not fulfilled because I had borne an extended warranty and wanted to fix a couple of things on my car and they are still pending and nobody's got back to me from the date Which was I believe on the Was 1st week of February and we are in March Tell nobody to call me back I would say lack of customer service or lack of interest or lack of any business required. I was also given a hard time because apparently I bought the car from Bellingham it was not registered in United States but the registration stays my name the license plate is from Washington yet I was told the car belong to it's an imported car from Canada I hate to bring this up BMW is not a local brand it is an important brand so that is not valid I just wanted to buy the oil change for a $199 which the dealer was running a special for 3 years which I was giving a hard time for. More
