Nice new facility. Well organized, efficient and outwardly customer-service oriented. Only gripe is the usual; high cost. 1.4 hours from check-in to check-out - with Well organized, efficient and outwardly customer-service oriented. Only gripe is the usual; high cost. 1.4 hours from check-in to check-out - with part of that time spent on a multi-point inspection - over $300 for labor for an oil change and new engine air filters. Just because I can afford a BMW doesn't mean that I should just accept gratuitous prices for routine work. Have to ask, why not go to a non-dealer German car specialist mechanic?
