Everyone here is absolutely amazing! Every person I encountered was personable and offered assistance immediately. I came in for an oil change and thought I was getting a shuttle rid Every person I encountered was personable and offered assistance immediately. I came in for an oil change and thought I was getting a shuttle ride to work but it turned out to be a Lyft ride and I arrived to work on time. After work I expected to have to find my own way back to the dealership and was pleasantly surprised to find a text with another Lyft ride arranged! Wow! The only issue was that the ride request link kept giving an error to try again later (for 20 mins). So I took a public bus which was fine - again I had expected to have to find my way back. This dealer is now my preferred, despite it being about 52 miles from my home! Thank you BMW of Bellevue for the excellent service! More
Matt J was my service advisor. Matt is absolutely first rate at customer service and took care of my issue (damaged tire) quickly. Instead of repair, the tire was replaced which was more than I expected. He also didn't press me to schedule my next maintenance and told me I could wait. That is refreshing compared to so many other car dealer experiences of heavy selling. More
My visit on 6/22 was for a simple oil change and inspection (my car is one year old). When I made the appointment I was told the service would take 2 hours. However, after I left my car at the dea inspection (my car is one year old). When I made the appointment I was told the service would take 2 hours. However, after I left my car at the dealership I received a text message from Benjamin letting me know that my car would be ready before 1:30pm (I dropped my car off at 9:00am). Later I received a text message around 12:00pm letting me know my car was ready. Since we decided to go to a movie I did not pick up my car until 2:15 and was told that it was being washed. WHAT????? I did not appreciate having to wait even longer given I was told my car was done around 12:00pm. So two issues here - 1. don't tell your customer that the service will take 2 hours when it takes 3 hours. And 2. when you tell the customer that their car is ready to pick up it should be ready and not being washed. More
