I came to fix soft lock door handle issue. Its not fixed even after 2 visits. I have scheduled for one more. If you know what is the issue. It shouldn’t take more time to fix it for a dealer. Made an appointment for oil change while I waited. Service promised to be completed within 2 hours. After waiting two hours, I asked about completion and was told no work had been started and that ano Service promised to be completed within 2 hours.
