Stay away from here. I’ve owned a few BMWs and have never had a good experience here since they became AutoNation, but I wanted to get service done over the holiday brea I’ve owned a few BMWs and have never had a good experience here since they became AutoNation, but I wanted to get service done over the holiday break and they had availability so I decided to try again. I brought the car in for four specific things I wanted addressed. My advisor said they’d take a look and contact me the next day with an estimate. When I was first contacted to repair a headlight that wasn’t working, the advisor told me the computer was suggesting that they remove the non-working unit, swap it to the other side, and see if it worked. I asked what would happen if the unit didn’t work on that side, and he had no answer. So basically what they wanted to do was charge me for the labor to swap a light we already knew wasn’t working properly, but these master mechanics couldn’t say if that would solve the problem or not. The advisor finally surmised that the unit was a non OEM headlight that needed to be reprogrammed to the car, but because car has an aftermarket tune on it, he said the reprogramming could “brick” the entire car, rendering it unusable. Mind you, this is a tune that a teenager has set and removed on the vehicle numerous times with no adverse issues, but these master mechanics couldn’t figure out what to do. After a few rounds of back and forth with my advisor, he told me that his manager won’t let them repair the headlight because there’s too much “risk”. THEN, he proceeds to present me with an estimate for over $10,000 worth of repairs they said the car needed. After the runaround with the headlight matter, and the process that seemed to involve charging for as much labor as possible with no real commitment to a quality repair, I didn’t have a lot of confidence in what was being suggested. I finally decided to take the vehicle back and take it to an honest, reputable BMW repair shop that I know won’t try to take advantage and over charge me. Unfortunately, it cost me over $1,200 to get the car back, which was incredibly frustrating. After numerous conversations about the initial $10,000 repair estimate, nowhere was a $1,200 charge noted for doing almost nothing. To be fair I did get a new cabin filter and a oil change. It was just such a horrible experience it’s offensive. I don’t mind paying good money for good work, but I just completely wasted my money on this nonsense. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else for your service, unless you want to be treated like an idiot and throw your money away. More

When dropping off my car for service, dealer was attentive and respected my time. My service advisor was unavailable and without prompt, the service manager came out to take care of me, so I wasn’t attentive and respected my time.
