Had a great experience throughout my service. Angel was efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. There’s a couple of topics to cover in making this response. Let’s jump right in. First, when I bought the car I have from BMW Bellevue. It had several cosmetic blemishes that went unnoticed by me response. Let’s jump right in. First, when I bought the car I have from BMW Bellevue. It had several cosmetic blemishes that went unnoticed by me the first 24hrs. Which until I took the car to a car wash I then noticed. I brought this up via email, understanding that the likelihood anyone would do anything was slim. Which I was proven correct. My sales rep was amazing in communication but the follow through from the management and dealership at large was and has been trash. The problems consist of, driver side headlight angle is off because of damage to the housing brackets, scratches on the passenger side mirror, ding in the rear driver side fender, ding in the front fender next to the emblem, moderate scrape to the front bumper, and some swirl mark on the hood of the car. Secondly, after day 30 I went to the dealership to cancel my extended warranty on the vehicle as I felt it was not a necessary item. This process of course was mediocre at best as they bounced back and forth on how I “need” to have it. After a short time we submitted the paperwork and I went on my way. It took nearly, 12weeks to cancel. Third, this leads me into my most recent experience I had with trying to utilize my Maintenance Care plan that was for oil changes, vehicle inspections, and air filters for the next 60mos. When I went to book my appointment that was stated to be preset for March 2023. I said that to the service rep. It was later confirmed during the oil change that. “You do not have a service plan. The price you were thinking of earlier is similar to that of a warranty transfer. Those initial cost is between $4K - $5K” I understand that’s for the Ultra extended protection plan. I purchased that and the Maintenance Care package, It was $595. Come to find out through reading my contract and plans. The stock numbers are both the same for two separate items. Which seemingly canceled both plans. Not one or the other as described to me during the purchase. I then paid the $213 for the oil change and stated I would complete any other work at a different time. In conclusion, I’m never going back to this dealership again. I’ll go to FIFE if I have to. If I could sell the 3series altogether and not deal with BMW Bellevue ever again I would but with the market and the way the vehicle was priced, the negative equity is through the roof. So thank you for selling me a vehicle that wasn’t taken care of prior to sale, that the luxury attention to detail was just put aside and providing me with an eye opening experience to take my business elsewhere.
