I was expecting an excellent standard service from BMW of Bellevue as Mercedes Benz of Bellevue and Lexus of Bellevue, since we are currently customer of all three places. Unfortunately I experienced a real Bellevue as Mercedes Benz of Bellevue and Lexus of Bellevue, since we are currently customer of all three places. Unfortunately I experienced a really bad customer service from 09/23/2023 and from 09/28/2023. First, service advisor Safeeullah Salim didn’t keep his promises on car wash service and vacuum the car, and also didn’t keep updating on the status of the service promptly. The service manager Armando Lopez’s customer service is very poor and unacceptable. He couldn’t communicate well with his customer. He doesn’t know how to take care of his customer at all. On top of this on 09/28/2023, I tried to communicate with him (regarding the status of my daughter’s Toyota 86 car, which was dropped off at Toyota of Bellevue by BMW of Bellevue) and unable to reach him, and, since my daughter is a brand new teenage driver, she was not get used to driving the rental car which was offered by BMW Bellevue, so due to safety reasons of my daughter driving the rental car, I tried my best to reach the Toyota of Bellevue to check the status myself, and found out that, my daughter’s car was passed all the tests, and the “check engine” issues was resolved and ready to pick up as of 3:39 pm on 09/28/2023 and confirmed by Ryan/the service advisor of Toyota of Bellevue. In between Armando called me back and stated that the car is not ready and the check engine is still on, and I told him, I called Toyota of Bellevue myself and they told me, it is ready for pick up, but Armando still argued with me that the car is not ready. I am glad that Dorela Xherri the Financial Manager who knows customer is first stepped in to the issue and helped me to pick up the ready car around 7:00 pm on the same day on 09/28/2023. I believed, it is time for Dorela to get promoted to a higher position, since she can hear her customers’ frustration and understand every detail about customer service with patience and an excellent determination. It is also time for Armando to get additional training on how to handle customer service as a BMW of Bellevue. More
