My feedback is regarding the service adviser assigned to me: Once I was seated in front of him it took him nearly 5 minutes to acknowledge me, never really looked at me. He was very distracted. Once my car was ready he spoke so rapidly and rushed back to his desk that I was left standing for several minutes wondering when I would receive my car key. When no one came to me, I approached him and asked about my keys. He said he'd told me that they were in the car (he did not). I certainly did not feel valued as a customer. Presentation is also important - every employee at BMW represents the brand. When you show up to work and your clothing is wrinkled that is not a good representation. More
