I had a terrible experience with BMW service department in Bellevue, I called them to change my four tires give them the no.s for my tires and they confirmed the pricing and booked the appointment for me, in Bellevue, I called them to change my four tires give them the no.s for my tires and they confirmed the pricing and booked the appointment for me, I had to drive one hour and half to Bellevue and when I got there they told me that they don't have tiers to fit my car, the guy there was super nice tried to do his best to solve the issue but it was out of his hands. My feedback is regarding the service adviser assigned to me: Once I was seated in front of him it took him nearly 5 minutes to acknowledge me, never really looked at me. He appeared to be relatively knew and was flummoxed with the system, which I can be sympathetic to. He printed out the paperwork for a different customer and I brought it to his attention. He was very distracted. Once my car was ready he spoke so rapidly and rushed back to his desk that I was left standing for several minutes wondering when I would receive my car key. When no one came to me, I approached him and asked about my keys. He said he'd told me that they were in the car (he did not). I certainly did not feel valued as a customer. Presentation is also important - every employee at BMW represents the brand. When you show up to work and your clothing is wrinkled that is not a good representation. More

The service agent is supposed to check on the voice command and didn't do that at all. At the check-out time, he said he forgot it and asked me to check on the website on how to troubleshoot the issue, command and didn't do that at all.
