I can't say enough great things about Spencer. A true professional that answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied even before the sales process started. Apparent professional that answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied even before the sales process started. Apparently there was a slowdown in the financial dept that kept us there way past 10p.m. Spencer made sure we were comfortable while the waiting period dragged on. I was quoted to repair 2 items. They only repaired one and my bill was more than the original quote. If no one is sitting at the main service desk, not one of the service people will make eye contact wi and my bill was more than the original quote.
