I would have given 5 stars but when I called and got a scheduler, she was very rude, wouldn’t let me talk, told me I was cutting her off and I ended up hanging up. I’ve never had someone act like that bef scheduler, she was very rude, wouldn’t let me talk, told me I was cutting her off and I ended up hanging up. I’ve never had someone act like that before so it was very upsetting. I ended up calling Jennie who is my service provider and she was amazing and such a hard worker. Our service team member, Michelle, is very nice and attentive. She responded quickly and kindly to our needs. Also, we had a young man attend to us in the parts department who was extremely helpful and attentive. She responded quickly and kindly to our needs.
