First of all, when taken on the test drive a copy of my license and my girls license was taken before the drive started. Right away we loved the car and decided it was for us. After returning from the driv license and my girls license was taken before the drive started. Right away we loved the car and decided it was for us. After returning from the drive, we were pre approved for the vehicle beforehand and we were pressured into running the credit even though we already knew it was approved. Brian was very pushy during the paper processing. After all the paperwork was done, we were informed that neither of us were able to drive the car off the lot due to our licenses being vertical instead of horizontal (which should have been disclosed before finalizing paperwork) since we live over an hour away we had to drive not only the hour there to get the car, we then had to drive all the way home to get someone with a horizontal license. After driving a total of 6 hours to get the car we were very disappointed with the amount of communication offered to us from Brian. We will not be recommending this location or Brian for any future car needs. However, shout out to Andrew the finance manager he made our experience excellent and had a great positive attitude, and made the process very smooth. That was our only positive take away from today.
