I recently had a the vehicle check service performed on my 2014 BMW I-3.The service was excellent and four outstanding recall items were also spotted and repaired. I also received some pointers about recharging frequency for the electric with a gasoline range extender type of drive, most helpful, especially since the manual is a bit opaque in places. The personnel were polite and efficient, I almost felt like I was in Bayern. The only problem I had was contacting the dealer for a service appointment. The one way that worked was the online reservation system, one that did not always appear on the website. Direct calls never were answered and the call-back system never resulted in a return call. I did have some questions as it was the first time the vehicle needed service and I was especially curious about the possibility of getting a loaner vehicle, which turned out to be unavailable. Long story short, excellent technical service and personnel, communications system needs work. More

Love the car but the service was horrible. Less than 24 hours after spending $79k+ on a car it had error lights come on and they told me that because the car is modified they wouldn’t do anything about it. hours after spending $79k+ on a car it had error lights come on and they told me that because the car is modified they wouldn’t do anything about it. The car wasn’t heavily modified it has a intake on it but that doesn’t affect the traction light and brake light from coming on. They gave me two stories about the inspection they “did” because of the snow it was hard. But yet they have a huge indoor shop. Just not thrilled with their service at such a nice dealership.
