During the vehicle inspection the mechanic discovered a "blown CV Boot" which needed to be replaced and would have caused problems for me on a planned long road trip next month had it not been caught.. I received a message from myBMW ap re: my brake pads so I called the Service department. I was cheerfully greeted an appointment time was made and my after ho yours drop off questions were answered. I was able to arrive before closing a bright energetic polite young man got my information and drove my BMW into the garage. The next day received a text the 530i will need to stay another day so the following day Saf texted me when the car was ready. When I arrived at the service department Saf had me sign a service invoice we chatted about the evening plans and then a smiling driver brought my car to me. I was happy to see my car all cleaned up inside and out and to be able to jump back into the B and drive. More

My fiance and I recently returned to the United States after living abroad so we were in need of a new vehicle! Over the course of several weeks we visited over 10 dealerships, some of them we visited sev after living abroad so we were in need of a new vehicle! Over the course of several weeks we visited over 10 dealerships, some of them we visited several times! We were very close to purchasing a Volvo XC60 at one point and then a Jeep Grand Cherokee at another point. But THANKFULLY WE DIDN’T. Instead of rushing into a decision we took our time and spent a full weekend visiting dealerships and test driving all over Bellevue. This BMW dealership was the last one we visited and was by far the most impressive!!! The staff were very helpful, honest and not pushy at all! They listened to our needs and gave us helpful recommendations. We found our DREAM car (2021 BMW X7 with barely 13,000 miles on it). We noticed a few minor bumps and scratches and this Dealer had them cleared up and buffed out within a few days so we got to pick up our car looking brand new! 10/10 experience here, thank you! We even got to meet with the owner who was very personable and helpful! More

Even though we are in love with our vehicle, this was an exhausting process. I understand why we were held up for 5+ hours (it was a Sunday and they were understaffed, yet we were told it would take 2 hours exhausting process. I understand why we were held up for 5+ hours (it was a Sunday and they were understaffed, yet we were told it would take 2 hours). But afterwards, we had to come back the following day to get our battery replaced, and they had lost our second key. Because we had waited too long, they rushed the cleaning process, so our vehicle was still far from “clean”. Regardless of us being there for over 5 hours, they also wouldn’t let me leave, as a person who purchased the vehicle (because the others employees would frown and question). It has been 2 weeks since we purchased the vehicle, and we still haven’t had any updates about the second key. It just wasn’t the best experience, but at the end of the day, we absolutely love our new car More
