First of all love the remodel of this place, it looks fantastic. I love working with BMW of Bellevue I bought my X5M from them and have continued to get service through them. I love their model of servic fantastic. I love working with BMW of Bellevue I bought my X5M from them and have continued to get service through them. I love their model of service advisors allowing you to call/text about the progress of your vehicle, they were also great in locating replacement tires for my car which has been difficult during covid. All around great establishment! More

Could not get the service I asked for. Called and made an appointment. Was very clear and specific and that I was trying to establish service for a new purchase. Have a Mercedes’ and a Lex Called and made an appointment. Was very clear and specific and that I was trying to establish service for a new purchase. Took the car to the service with a couple of scary transmission related alerts that would trigger sporadically. I even captured them on a photo and shared with them. They told me they were unable to r transmission related alerts that would trigger sporadically. I even captured them on a photo and shared with them. They told me they were unable to reproduce the alerts and thus could not do anything. I can do a better debugging job on my dell computer even though I am not a dell service dealer. Very disappointing. I guess I have to wait for the car to completely break down before they'll be able to troubleshoot further. Need to find another shop to take it to now... More
