A service engine light brought us in, code indicated a failing fuel injector. The dealership replaced 2 injectors under warranty. Car buying can be an exhausting process sometimes, however my experience with Zheni Hima at BMW Bellevue was pretty amazing as she allowed me to take very well informed decisions in the whole process, however my experience with Zheni Hima at BMW Bellevue was pretty amazing as she allowed me to take very well informed decisions in the whole process, right from the very first interaction. This relieved a lot of pressure and helped me clarify all my unknowns. She is a very knowledgeable sales advisor and was very attentive and patient with all my queries along with want/needs during my visits. She helped me crystallize my final set of requirements and helped me with the visibility of incoming inventory and current available options. This helped me saving lot of time, as I was able to make a purchase decision quickly, during my second visit itself. She thoroughly guided me through all the paperwork needed and stayed back pretty late even on a Saturday evening, in order to make sure I could have a delightful delivery experience of my new vehicle. I will highly recommend the BMW Bellevue dealership and Zheni as your next advisor for the best purchase experience, as she is really passionate about cars, knows tons of details and is fun to work with. Hard to believe this is a BMW dealership considering the lack of integrity, professionalism, communication and even basic decency. One of the worst car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased an X lack of integrity, professionalism, communication and even basic decency. One of the worst car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased an X5 and prior to the sale was told even in email there was a 4 year 50k warranty by the car salesman, then Alex Robles in finance promised he would honor a discounted warranty after signing, if I chose, (a family member had a health emergency during signing of papers - which we had waited hours to get into the finance office - and I had to leave briefly to assist). I was confused and told Alex I’d look it over - wondering why I needed two warranties. Called Alex the next morning - called for days and Alex never returned the phone call until I called and talked to a manager who had Alex call me. When I finally got Alex on the phone he went against his promise, made excuses for his coworker and then began trying to insult me. Have emailed Alex asking for his managers information and he ignores - you’ll get better client service somewhere else. Now I’m escalating this legally - in these times it’s hard to believe more stress is added and that this is the norm for this place - I read the other reviews. Such an awful experience, unbelievable. I wish I would’ve taken my money, my business somewhere else. I’ve been a BMW customer for years - in another state - always had amazing experiences.. I’m still so shocked. More
