I was not impressed with the service department. We brought our X5 in, parked it in the service room, was told to wait for a tech to contact us. Ive met with several representatives for maintenance on my bme. Saf has done the extra mile for me even when busy. They use to offer rentals/loaner cars but they dont as often but they offer a complime my bme. Saf has done the extra mile for me even when busy.
