I scheduled my car for a diagnosis of an adaptive headlight failure. I scheduled the service 10 days in advance hoping for a same day diagnosis. After keeping the car for three days they didn't even headlight failure. I scheduled the service 10 days in advance hoping for a same day diagnosis. After keeping the car for three days they didn't even get my car in the shop. I checked daily using the remote camera feature and the car was in the exact same spot in their parking lot. Every day I had to reach out for updates. After three days I gave up. The cherry on top: they lost my key! More

Service department is inefficient. Oil changes take all day at the least and service issues take days to a week without loaner cars available. I made an online appt for 8am the next day. I called at 12pm and was sent to voicemail. Completely understandable. I went back to dealership at 3pm, and was told they hadn’t looked at my car and probably wouldn’t look at it until the next day. I asked for a loaner and was told they had none. No one told me any of this when I checked the car in. Had I known that, I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I asked if I had made the same appointments 2 weeks from now, would the results have been the same, and they said most likely. I can understand being busy or not having enough technicians. But if that’s the case, let the customers know upfront. I ended up going to an independent shop and getting my car fixed the next day, at a fraction of the cost. More
