The location was hard to get in. The building was clean and nice. I noticed the dealer may be busy then no once or sale people asked me when my sons and walking. The gentleman name Terry Yyin as my sale ref and he seam like didn’t know much about EV. Give us test drive but no explanation how to operate it. We finally purchased the iX 50 drive. We live in Montana have to drive back home on the new EV without any experience how to charge the car. Because we were in a hurry to get back home, we just jump in the car, sale man didn’t ask or explain or give us any clues how to charge on the way home, neither one at the dealership. It was bad experience to work with the dealer like that The nightmare is going to get the way home when we stoped to charge the car. We had to download the app on the road call the salesman to give us instructions, he even gave us the wrong info. It took us about 3 and haft hours to finish our first charge. Finally we got home safely. It’s a nightmare for us. More
Bought an X5 recently and had a OK purchase. I have a few questions regarding the vehicle function and get no responses from my sales rep or service regarding them. In general no support. Called the so called BMW Genius number and they told me to contact the dealer, ah yeah... The car itself is amazing however the support is disappointing. I will try another dealer for that. More
