This was a very clean dealership. Not the best set up for people that are going to be there for hours. Just a coffee machine and water. They should consider a vending machine. Very disappointing service. Service agent was good but she was at lunch when my car was done. She handed me off to someone else and he was anything but attentive to me. I had to step away to make a call and he asked if he could help someone else, and I said yes. He said he would be in 5 to ten minutes and 20 minutes later he returned to help another person before me. The car was poorly washed and wasn't vacuumed. After purchasing a X2M and a X7 in less than 4 years, plus spending close to ten thousand in maintenance in maintenance and repairs, we will be looking for another dealership. Hopefully, they will appreciate our business. More

This is the 3rd BMW I have purchased from BMW Bellevue. I felt the experience of receiving my new BMW this time was dull! There was no extra anything! The last time I bought a BMW from this dealership, there was a welcome sign with my name in it. The sales person took the time to go thru the entire car with me pointing out all the options. This time I was told if I need to meet with the geek squad that can be set up. Then I got home & my auto start didn’t work & I was given a you tube video to follow. The experience was much better in 2014. Plus I was told it would 1-2 months to get my car i & it took 3. Months. More
