We had to go through 3 different salesmen to purchase our car. The first salesman refused to help us after putting in the order for us and transferred our order to anothet salesman. The second one was very n car. The first salesman refused to help us after putting in the order for us and transferred our order to anothet salesman. The second one was very nice but he was too busy and made mistakes on our order including the colors. We did not find out until the order was in production already and could not be changed. After talking to the general manager of this dealership, the 3rd salesman finalized the sale of another car in stock which happened to have the same interior and exterior colors. However, when he was showing me how to drive the new car, he did not tell me which button is parking break. He spent so much time showing me how to auto park and I thought the car would automatically on parking break after a complete stop. Also, he touched the buttons for me while I was driving until I protested several times and eventually got upset about him. I told him at least 5 times that "please let me touch them so I can learn!" From the early on of the buying process, he even mentioned at least 2 times that he wanted me to give him a 5 rating for his service. He is new to the dealership. How eronic! More
