Came for the first service of a new car. Oil change should take few min. Waited for a long time for someone to talk to me when I dropped the car in the morning.. When I left the car I asked them to check the driver door lock sensor as sometimes it doesn't work. They wrote in the paper it works fine, but didn't explain how they tested it, didn't ask me any questions, didn't try to understand better when it happens, and how they can help. More

Only postive is I got the car I was looking for, there was nothing exceptional about the service received.
