Andy was helpful the rest of the staff was freindly. Came for the first service of a new car. Oil change should take few min. Waited for a long time for someone to talk to me when I dropped the car in the morning.. At the end of the day, the car was still not ready. They sent me a text, vehicle is still programming. I asked for details, never got a response. When I left the car I asked them to check the driver door lock sensor as sometimes it doesn't work. They wrote in the paper it works fine, but didn't explain how they tested it, didn't ask me any questions, didn't try to understand better when it happens, and how they can help. More
Only postive is I got the car I was looking for, there was nothing exceptional about the service received. My sales associate was in personal, I had to ask him to walk me through the features of the car a was nothing exceptional about the service received. My sales associate was in personal, I had to ask him to walk me through the features of the car and to provide basic information that any usual sales rep would provide. Since purchasing the car I’ve had one issue and it has been like moving mountains to get a response from him. In all I’m sure I can get better service somewhere else. More
