Long wait times for check in and picking up car after service. Dropped off my car at 2:30pm on Friday according to my appointment but was told that they would not look at my car until Monday. Called at l service. Dropped off my car at 2:30pm on Friday according to my appointment but was told that they would not look at my car until Monday. Called at least 4 times on Monday and left messages but there was no response. Finally test drove my car on Tuesday and could not diagnose the issue. I was without my car for 4 days for nothing. Could have test drove my car on Friday but did not take the time to do so. I am very disappointed with the quality of service. More
