M car owners, stay far away. Incompetency at every step. Called to schedule appointment and they had me schedule it weeks out in advanced so they could provide me a loaner car. Guess what loaner car was never scheduled? Instead they spent 20 min trying to log into Enterprise account, calling a rental for me, and put me in a audi suv with vandalized carving of names on both sides. Employee I dealt with tried get me to do tire rotation on brand new tires I just had put on, tried to get me to do spark plugs nearly 10k miles early, tried to sneak front Diff service on my RWD car (there is no front diff) and took 3 attempts to make her remove that service, failed to look into my front m2 emblem warranty request issue upon picking it up and didn't believe me that it was a factory oem m badge(car is stock), charged me for an engine air intake filters but then didnt replace them because there is apparently aftermarket filters (non BMW brand), and then locked my DME without asking and masked it as a recall service fix for iDrive, and even washed my car when explicitly said "please dont" when they asked me if i wanted a wash. so now i have old filters still, a locked DME, and dried soap spots burn into my clear coat + free swirls i have to get detailed out. all i went in for was an oil change, filter change, and diff oil change. so simple. had to pay the price of learning to never go to the stealership i guess. More
I scheduled an appoint at 9:20. I arrived around 9:15. However, the receptionist said the one do the maintenance is not available and asked to leave the car directly. I asked for rough estimate time to take my car maintained, he said 2 hours. Ok, then I wait till 11 am in store and decided to check the status. After asked several stuff, I finally got the answer that the maintenance was not even scheduled!!! It was a great waste of my time that just sitting in the store but nothing started. I had to check in with some guy again to get my maintenance in queue and it was another waiting time. More

Arrived for my appointment at 10 o’clock sharp. Was taken in immediately to my service representative who was Michelle. She was efficient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She that the 40,000 mile service would take approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Service was completed in that time, including car wash. Very pleased with Michelle’s efficiency and professionalism More
