Clean and modern facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Online application made it easy to schedule a maintenance appointment, and there were plenty of convenient time slots a Friendly and helpful staff. Even though I had purchased my vehicle from a different facility, Brennan, my service advisor, was able to locate my vehicle's history and maintenance contract information quickly, and also suggested some additional inspections and services. I had chosen to wait at the facility, and there was a pleasant and quiet lounge area with complimentary fresh coffee and bottled water available, so the time passed quickly as I read a book in peace and comfort. The service work was completed in the expected time. The inspection results were explained to me clearly by Brennan, and my car was also carefully washed and vacuumed. Overall I was very pleased with my service experience at Bellevue BMW. I have also purchased a few items from their parts counter in the past and found their inventory and service representatives to be quite good. I will definitely return to this BMW dealership in the future, and strongly recommend them for BMW parts and service needs. More
