Hi, I am unsure as to why I have to be the one reaching out to get this issue resolved when it should be the other way around. I have tried to contact you guys multiple times and the GM as well and I am unable to get a hold of anyone. I can expect a phone call from someone at the dealership to get this issue resolved.
