Bellevue BMW is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my entire life. A few months back, I came to them with a pre-diagnosed problem (by Strictly BMW) with my rear suspension. Ken reluctantly t with in my entire life. A few months back, I came to them with a pre-diagnosed problem (by Strictly BMW) with my rear suspension. Ken reluctantly took a photocopy of the diagnosis for his mechanic. Then, when I was about to leave, he brought over his shop foreman and said he had pulled the file and they were going to refuse to work on my suspension because I had Dinan upgrades. We all know that BMW or Dinan cover everything (but they somehow didn't). They finally agreed to "just this one time" work on my car. After a full day in the shop and no status update, I had to call them to find out if my car was ready. Ken told me that it wasn't and that they would have to keep it overnight because his mechanic had not diagnosed the problem until too late in the day. This would be the pre-diagnosed problem of course. I could go on and on and on about their terrible service...like the time that I last decided to use them and I stood in the lobby wating for a service rep for a full 25 minutes and no one bothered to ask me if I wanted help even though it was obvious that I did.

I have taken all of my business to
Seattle BMW and they are great! They greet you at the door and know who you are and get the job done right the first time. More
I've visited BMW of Bellevue twice - both times to look at cars. Each time I spent about 15 minutes there and I couldn't even get a single salesperson to even talk to me or make eye contact. They completel at cars. Each time I spent about 15 minutes there and I couldn't even get a single salesperson to even talk to me or make eye contact. They completely ignored me (and several other customers who were there) the entire time.

When I called them over the phone for service appointments for the car I ended up buying elsewhere, the wait time on appointments was always high and they almost invariably quoted me prices that were at least 50% higher than those at BMW of Seattle. BMW of Seattle, on the other hand has always been much more accomodating and respectful of me and my time. More
Most recenmtly I was shopping for a Z4 for my wife. Bellevue BMW lied to me about their inventory, never responded to my emails except with form letters, shifted me between 3 different sales people, cl Bellevue BMW lied to me about their inventory, never responded to my emails except with form letters, shifted me between 3 different sales people, claimed they had never spoken to me when I went to the manager and complained. I produced the emails showing me that they had. The sales manager tried to get me to deal with him directly, still wouldn't give me a price, and then tried to flat lowball me (by several thousand dollars on a trade.

Unless you want this kind of abuse go elsewhere.

Seattle BMW by comparison was prompt courteous, gave me a decent price, gave me exactly what I though my trade was worth, and finally, cut me a lease quote that was within $10 (!) of what my lease estimator software reported back. They followed through on everything the said and, oh yeah, had exactly the car I was looking for in stock. More
Reading the reviews of this dealership, you'd think I went to a different place yesterday. My car has one xenon headlight out. I drove to this dealership, had to wait a good time for help, and when I e went to a different place yesterday. My car has one xenon headlight out. I drove to this dealership, had to wait a good time for help, and when I explained the problem they would not even look at the car. Told me to come back in 11 days. Driving with one headlight is a safety hazard (plus, it's illegal), all they would do is give me a copy of the deferred appointment in case I get pulled over.
I was pretty dissapointed.
More
The salesmen are really unfriendly. Had two experiences here. When I bought my first car in 2002, the salesman really treated me unfairly, but somehow I bought the car. Now I am looking to trade in my car here. When I bought my first car in 2002, the salesman really treated me unfairly, but somehow I bought the car. Now I am looking to trade in my car for another car, but again, the salesperson is a joke, although he is friendly. He kept on promising to call me, but never did. It was always me who called him, and he would say that he was gonna try to find the car for me in other dealerships in the west coast, but he would always say that the other dealerships would not call him back. Had been waiting for almost two weeks now. Promised me to get the car real soon, but now he's going to Vegas before even working on my car...

The service department is great, though. I would recommend you to go to this guy called Kenneth Stoner. He's a great guy! He helped me a lot. This guy saves BMW of Bellevue by giving me a great customer service.

Wouldn't recommend the sales department.
Fully recommend the service department. More
