This bmw dealership has the poorest service and quality of any dealership I have ever been to. After I asked about the low oil they handed me a quart and said "come another time and we will wash it" ... It's almost funny, except it's my $70k car More
Please DO NOT buy from this dealership!! We bought a Brand new 2014 BMW X5 from the BMW of Bellevue dealership in December 2013 and we are highly dissatisfied with this dealership. This dissa We bought a Brand new 2014 BMW X5 from the BMW of Bellevue dealership in December 2013 and we are highly dissatisfied with this dealership. This dissatisfaction is a result of our aggregate experience so far. We are writing this review, hoping that others will consider this before going to the dealership and more importantly they will improve this for future. The beginning of our experience with the Bellevue dealership was when we test drove the car and I have to say that was the only good experience. After that it all went downhill from there. The day we purchased the car, our salesperson David Ly was in a mad rush. He barely explained how to set up the bluetooth and then for everything else he handed us the fat manual. He did showed the feature in the car itself where you could learn about the features yourself. You do not expect this buying a luxury car. When we test drove I asked David that BMW Connect works on Android phones and he was quick to reply that it does. After we purchased, when I asked how do I use BMW Connect from my Android phone he said that he only knows about iPhone - we should try to figure it out ourselves. We found later that BMW Connect does not work on Android in North America. Needless to say our buying experience was bad. He topped it by just bluntly asking for five star review on feedback and referring him to our friends. Rest assured, this guy would never get our recommendation. Next day after the purchase, we got a low air pressure warning on the Right rear tire. We went to the dealership and had to wait for an hour. David was roaming around chatting with his peers but never bothered to stop by and ask, if there was a problem. A person filled up the tires and mentioned that happens during change of temperature - I was surprised because Seattle does not experience that high of a temperature fluctuation but thought maybe. Over the next week or so, my wife had trouble connecting with the Blue-tooth while listening to music. It would suddenly interrupt in the middle. We sent an email to David Ly asking for help. Instead of providing any assistance he outright proved us wrong by sharing that he has never heard of a problem like this. He instructed us to disconnect and reconnect. We tried and the problem remained. Our dissatisfaction was climbing and patience going away. We contacted the Manager at the Bellevue dealership. He heard the whole thing and apologized for the poor experience but again no offer for helping us out or he would do something about the experience. After a month had passed and we did not hear at all about our new license plate we called David Ly since our temporary tabs are expiring. He looked around and mentioned that the new plates were at the dealership and had arrived a week ago, we should come to get them. No explanation to why he did not call us when the plates arrived. BTW, he has never activated the SOS feature on our BMW. We don't know what needs to be done and this was another of his 'learn it yourself' suggestion. Meanwhile, every few weeks the tire pressure in our right rear tire decreased. I had to buy a portable air pump to make sure that it was correct at all times. We did not wanted to go to this dealership again and add to the bad experience. Finally, after 3 months I decided to take the car to the dealership to get the tire checked. They looked at it and mentioned that there was a nail in it. I asked, if they could repair my brand new tire and they said that these run flat-tires cannot be repaired. Of course they are not covered by warranty. I asked if they could give me a loaner vehicle when they mount/balance the new tire and they refused to give a loaner vehicle for this type of service. i asked how much will that cost and they quoted me $450+ . I did a check online and found that I can get the exact same tire plus the install/balancing for $330. Not only they have horrible service they have prices that are 35% more. Of course I was mad at them and got the repair done myself. I even believe that the nail was in the tire from the start because it was the same tire that kept losing air pressure. These are special run-flat tires and hence they hold pressure for few weeks before they need air refill. All this has happened within four month of my car purchase. My experience has been so bad that I will never purchase again from this dealership. In fact my experience has left a bad taste for the BMW Brand also. I hope someone will finally pay attention to my complain and do something about it. I sincerely hope that no one ever gets an experience like this while buying a brand new luxury car. More

The sales representative,Len Patsula, is arrogant and unfriendly. What he is really good at is judging his customers. He does not have respect for his customers at all. Is this the new approach to sell t unfriendly. What he is really good at is judging his customers. He does not have respect for his customers at all. Is this the new approach to sell their cars? I have never seen such kind of staff at any other dealership before. How could they hire somebody like him? He brings shame for BMW brand. More
I ordered my 2014 328i at the end of August and it just arrived last week. During the three month process from the test drive to picking up my car, I had so many questions, but Charles Schaefer (sales rep arrived last week. During the three month process from the test drive to picking up my car, I had so many questions, but Charles Schaefer (sales rep that I worked with) was super helpful along the way. He made my decision easy and after that it was just a matter of waiting for it to arrive. Charles wasn't pushy during the pre-sales process and he followed up with me an appropriate amount which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommended BMW Bellevue and Charles Schaefer to anyone is looking to buy a BMW! More
We've been looking at buying a new vehicle. We've test drove so many other cars, We knew we wanted the BMW 7 series. We don't like spending too much time at the dealership. Within the first ten minu test drove so many other cars, We knew we wanted the BMW 7 series. We don't like spending too much time at the dealership. Within the first ten minutes after arriving to the dealership, Mike greeted us very friendly, We told him what we wanted and for how much we wanted it. He worked the numbers with his boss. We were glad that they've made a deal and didn't let us walk out like so many other dealerships did. We are very happy with how professionals they were. Thank you. More
Bellevue BMW is like going to Aurora to buy a car. Very Sleazy People. Don't be fooled by the fact it is in Bellevue. The sales people are not to be trusted. I just bought a 328i sedan with xdrive, and it couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. Eric Apple was the guy with whom I worked. The BMW guys coordinated fine - I called for info first, then email have been easier or more pleasant. Eric Apple was the guy with whom I worked. The BMW guys coordinated fine - I called for info first, then emailed some, then walked in and asked to drive some cars, traded more emails with Eric and Sam. They took me out in at least 4 or 5 cars. Then Eric explained everything again to my wife and took her for a drive. Eric explained the options, and we tried them out during test drives, quite impressive for someone used to a 15-year-old Camry. I never felt pressure to add options (in fact Eric told me several were not worth the money), nor pressure to move faster than I was on the purchase, and got no phone calls except in response to mine. Eric suggested the Costco discount, modest but similar to the discount I expected from getting the reports from Consumer Reports, which removed the necessity of negotiating price. I offered cash, but Eric pointed out that carrying a small loan for 6 months would save me $750 because of the current incentives. The cars on the lot were mainly black, white, or silver, and either base models or with the sports package, not what I wanted, a brown car with a selection of about half the options, so we custom ordered the car. I'll bring this review up to date when the car arrives - for now I'm very pleased and impressed by the service from BMW of Bellevue. More
I worked with Eric to buy a CPO 335i. Although there were minor issues with the car , they made sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. My review is for the SERVICE department only. Stay away from this establishment like the plague!!! I would have assigned a zero rating if I could. Aside from the expected rip-off factor, they are rude. from this establishment like the plague!!! I would have assigned a zero rating if I could. Aside from the expected rip-off factor, they are rude. Singled out is Mike who doesn't understand the meaning of the word SMILE. Last time I checked Mike, it's free and may do you some good. I was charged over $200 (in spite of a promise by Clif Newton that they wouldn't exceed that) for a 15m diagnosis. To add insult to injury I had a 10% chemicals and disposal surcharge (for a DIAGNOSIS). They will take your money any way they can. BMW Seattle is better - at least they SMILE! Run from here!!! More
