The worse BMW dealer out there. really Bad BMW Dealer. Tells a bunch of lies. Does not negotiate on pricing (will give you chump change on discounts). STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! Tells a bunch of lies. Does not negotiate on pricing (will give you chump change on discounts). STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! More
The sales representative,Len Patsula, is arrogant and unfriendly. What he is really good at is judging his customers. He does not have respect for his customers at all. Is this the new approach to sell t unfriendly. What he is really good at is judging his customers. He does not have respect for his customers at all. Is this the new approach to sell their cars? I have never seen such kind of staff at any other dealership before. How could they hire somebody like him? He brings shame for BMW brand. More
I ordered my 2014 328i at the end of August and it just arrived last week. During the three month process from the test drive to picking up my car, I had so many questions, but Charles Schaefer (sales rep arrived last week. During the three month process from the test drive to picking up my car, I had so many questions, but Charles Schaefer (sales rep that I worked with) was super helpful along the way. He made my decision easy and after that it was just a matter of waiting for it to arrive. Charles wasn't pushy during the pre-sales process and he followed up with me an appropriate amount which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommended BMW Bellevue and Charles Schaefer to anyone is looking to buy a BMW! More
We've been looking at buying a new vehicle. We've test drove so many other cars, We knew we wanted the BMW 7 series. We don't like spending too much time at the dealership. Within the first ten minu test drove so many other cars, We knew we wanted the BMW 7 series. We don't like spending too much time at the dealership. Within the first ten minutes after arriving to the dealership, Mike greeted us very friendly, We told him what we wanted and for how much we wanted it. He worked the numbers with his boss. We were glad that they've made a deal and didn't let us walk out like so many other dealerships did. We are very happy with how professionals they were. Thank you. More
Bellevue BMW is like going to Aurora to buy a car. Very Sleazy People. Don't be fooled by the fact it is in Bellevue. The sales people are not to be trusted. They sell cars but they don't make customers... Sleazy People. Don't be fooled by the fact it is in Bellevue. The sales people are not to be trusted. They sell cars but they don't make customers.... I strongly suggest BMW of Seattle or BMW Northwest (Fife). More
I just bought a 328i sedan with xdrive, and it couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. Eric Apple was the guy with whom I worked. The BMW guys coordinated fine - I called for info first, then email have been easier or more pleasant. Eric Apple was the guy with whom I worked. The BMW guys coordinated fine - I called for info first, then emailed some, then walked in and asked to drive some cars, traded more emails with Eric and Sam. They took me out in at least 4 or 5 cars. Then Eric explained everything again to my wife and took her for a drive. Eric explained the options, and we tried them out during test drives, quite impressive for someone used to a 15-year-old Camry. I never felt pressure to add options (in fact Eric told me several were not worth the money), nor pressure to move faster than I was on the purchase, and got no phone calls except in response to mine. Eric suggested the Costco discount, modest but similar to the discount I expected from getting the reports from Consumer Reports, which removed the necessity of negotiating price. I offered cash, but Eric pointed out that carrying a small loan for 6 months would save me $750 because of the current incentives. The cars on the lot were mainly black, white, or silver, and either base models or with the sports package, not what I wanted, a brown car with a selection of about half the options, so we custom ordered the car. I'll bring this review up to date when the car arrives - for now I'm very pleased and impressed by the service from BMW of Bellevue. More
I worked with Eric to buy a CPO 335i. Although there were minor issues with the car , they made sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. Very positive car buying experience. minor issues with the car , they made sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. Very positive car buying experience. More
My review is for the SERVICE department only. Stay away from this establishment like the plague!!! I would have assigned a zero rating if I could. Aside from the expected rip-off factor, they are rude. from this establishment like the plague!!! I would have assigned a zero rating if I could. Aside from the expected rip-off factor, they are rude. Singled out is Mike who doesn't understand the meaning of the word SMILE. Last time I checked Mike, it's free and may do you some good. I was charged over $200 (in spite of a promise by Clif Newton that they wouldn't exceed that) for a 15m diagnosis. To add insult to injury I had a 10% chemicals and disposal surcharge (for a DIAGNOSIS). They will take your money any way they can. BMW Seattle is better - at least they SMILE! Run from here!!! More
I am extremely impressed with the service received by Jeff Kalberer. My husband & I were looking for a 2nd car back in August. We were interested in the Audi S5 or the M3 coupe. If you truly enjoy the t Jeff Kalberer. My husband & I were looking for a 2nd car back in August. We were interested in the Audi S5 or the M3 coupe. If you truly enjoy the thrill of driving a beautifully engineered machine both inside and out, the M3 stomps the S5. Sure the S5 has Very pretty daytime LEDs and all wheel drive, however behind the wheel, there is absolutely no doubt the M3 IS THE extraordinary sports coupe--bar none. While my husband and I were impressed by the S5, after test driving the M3 we had not a single iota of doubt that the M3 IS the car we coveted and the price difference is not a simple mark up. You certainly get what you pay for. I have NEVER seen my husband display such genuine pleasure raw excitement over anything like he does when he is behind the wheel. He actually looks forward to work, well maybe just driving to work. Jeff Kalberer is the M3 coupe (THE proper model) at BMW of Bellevue. Unlike Barrier Audi (I will not refrain from naming them), Jeff immediately greeted us, despite the car we in which we drove up to the dealer. We were wandering around Barrier for probably 10-15 minutes (conservative estimate) looking in the show room, outside at the S5's, a6's, the R8, A8, well practically every model. Jeff made me feel like we were just talking to a long time friend. With Jeff, he didn't interfere with the sale and test drive by babbling on and on, he let us get acquainted with the vehicle and witness the performance level so we could make our own decision. With Every concern we had, Jeff simple addressed the issue by encouraging us to test whether or not the M3 "could" or "could not." No sale-zy behavior from Jeff, just pure professionalism. My husband hates going with me whenever we have to deal with sales people or customer service because I have extremely little patience for incompetence. I've been in sales and customer service for over 14 years, and rookie mistakes are understandable, however laziness, unprofessionalism, and incompetence is not unacceptable, it's simply disgusting. Bottom line, Jeff Kalberer is the M3 coupe: the high performing model that every sports coupe wants to emulate. Thank you Jeff for making our experience at BMW of Bellevue so pleasurable. It's a shame people are more quick to share their negative experiences rather than their positive ones. You are truly an asset, and I look forward to our future purchases with you. More
I just purchased two vehicles from this dealership. It was a very positive experience. As a general statement, I found every person I spoke with to be very pleasant and the atmosphere low-key but profess was a very positive experience. As a general statement, I found every person I spoke with to be very pleasant and the atmosphere low-key but professional. I already had a fair amount of knowledge on the cars I was looking at regarding their general market prices, etc., so there was not too much negotiation to report on here as we did not have to go through much of it. But, suffice it to say I feel the dealership provided a good value for what I purchased, in a no-nonsense manner. I greatly appreciated working with David Wolf (sales person). I am sure that all of the salepeople are equally qualified so I do not intend them any slight, but I can certainly recommend David with no reservations; he was very professional and appropriately low-key (oops, just used that twice, but it is a good descriptor) in his sales approach - translation: I did not feel like I was being "sold" anything. He gave me plenty of time to test drive the cars and simply in general look them over at my own pace without being pressured. Every person should always do their own due dlligence and I am not suggesting you should not do so if you buy here. But, I think as a general statement this is a reputable dealership that does not "need" to sell any one car and frankly would probably rather you not purchase a car than buy one you do not want or will give you substantial problems later so I DO suggest you can trust these guys to not take advantage of you. Of course, buyer to buyer I should say to you that every car dealer (like any business) will be all to happy to have you pay the sticker price and I suspect this dealership is no different. But you as a buyer need to also remember that they are NOT a non-profit business and they deserve to make money too. I suspect that if you treat them and the process with respect, that you will be treated the same in kind. On the F&I process, it was a cash deal so I can't speak too much to what your experience will be if you finance. But, I can say that Laura was very, very pleasant to work with. I am confident that if the deal had been more involved she would have handled it very well. Finally, I should add that over the years I have had BMWs serviced at this dealership and found that process enjoyable and appropriate as well. The work was always performed well with no problems afterwards. In fairness of full disclosure I should say that their shop rate is, it must be admitted, higher genreally speaking than a non-dealership shop rate although you will pay as much at some of the local speciality BMW shops so depending on where you go, it may not be any more to just take it to the dealership. But, I suspect the "you get what you pay for" saying probably comes into play. More
