While on a 3 wk road trip, our engine light came on on our 2019 X-5. We called BMW of Bellevue and spoke to Michael Lawver. He was able to schedule an appointment. He knew we had to leave the next day, te our 2019 X-5. We called BMW of Bellevue and spoke to Michael Lawver. He was able to schedule an appointment. He knew we had to leave the next day, techs found the problem, fixed the issue under warranty by end of day. Very efficient and was a pleasure dealing with the service department! More
