Liars I bought a car from this dealership from out of state. The sales guy told me IN WRITING that the car was in EXCELLENT condition. I asked specifically I bought a car from this dealership from out of state. The sales guy told me IN WRITING that the car was in EXCELLENT condition. I asked specifically to please tell me all of the imperfections of the car since I am buying sight unseen and I am solely relying on him to tell me about the car. When the car showed up at my house, excellent condition was not the case. Both rear door panels have hole punctures in them - from what, I have no idea. Also, the right door panel looks like it was previously fixed and now the "fix" is failing. There is a pretty big door ding on the rear door panel above the tire well; this was not disclosed either. The driver seatbelt is twisted to the point where the seat belt needs to be removed from the insert of the car and twisted back around to be correct. Does this sound like an excellent condition car? No it is not. And are they taking any responsibility for the things that I have pointed out to them that I have in writing stating that the car is in excellent condition, NO they have not. More
Started well, ended in a fiasco I've been looking for a particular used BMW model for a while now - there are only a few that pop from time to time, so when I finally saw it at this I've been looking for a particular used BMW model for a while now - there are only a few that pop from time to time, so when I finally saw it at this dealership I went there keen to see if I can purchase it. At first sight, the car seemed to be what I was looking for and my first experience with the sales rep was nice - I did a test drive and we discussed at length about the car. I told them that I'm looking for a trade with my current car and the ballpark of what I consider a fair trade. The sales rep gave no indication that my financial expectations are unachievable. One of the managers sent me mail, and I explained to him my financial expectations, backed with cargurus.com and kbb.com data, to which the only answer was that they certify their cars, they are top shape and they need to see my car to make an idea if the trade could meet my numbers. Fair... It all went downhill from there. Everything they did showed they only care about making top dollar - they are extremely nice with potential buyers. The moment I started talking about not agreeing with their sticker price, the nice attitude turned to something else: - the car they had for sale was far from top condition, with thousands of dollars worth of fixes, though they were adamant to sell it at a top condition price and they wouldn't budge on price. They agreed to fix the car AFTER I buy it. Their final counter offer shaved off so little from the sticker price, it was laughable. - the offer they made on my car was at the lowest possible; I know that because the dealership I bought from offered me a much better price. - both the sales rep and the sales manager were inflexible in their stance and did not really want to negotiate anything but just bully me into accepting their offer. I've been told by the sales manager he is sure they will sell the car anyway at the price they want, so why bother negotiating with me. - I've gotten to experience name calling (emotional, unreasonable, have no idea what I'm talking about, I should defer decision to my spouse) and, even funnier, one of the service people told me that's OK if I'm not fluent in English, they will take care of me (or my money). Yes, I do have an accent; yes I have been in the country for long enough and went to post-graduate education enough to know I'm far from "not fluent" in English. Having an attitude of superiority against those who are in effect most capable of purchasing their wares does not help. - if this was a sales experience, I wonder what would a servicing or, God forbid, a repair experience be? Bottom line, I left with the firm decision to never attempt to do business with this shop ever again. As luck has it, an almost identical car with the one offered by them popped on the market and I bought it from another dealership that made sure my buying experience is top notch. More

Very bad SERVICE and never every go there! Last time when I had my car for diagnosis due to whistle noise from engine side. They charged me $200 for the diagnosis and gave diagnosis report Last time when I had my car for diagnosis due to whistle noise from engine side. They charged me $200 for the diagnosis and gave diagnosis report with only total price saying it will cost $4500 + tax (written in pencil) and that also not grantee the issue will be fixed. When I asked for detailed quotes, they said simply do the service here and we will give you the detailed quotes. Who will do the service without knowing what exactly are you changing and not even giving grantee that the issue will be fixed. I took the car out and gave it outside where I was given $1800 including tax and gave grantee that the issue will be fixed and if not the labor charge is free to address the issue. Gave the car and the issue got fixed and the total expense came to $1800 including tax. Not tell me whether you choose BMS Bellevue service were you have told the cost will be $4500 + tax with no grantee vs $1800 including tax with grantee. Never ever go to BMW Bellevue Service at any cost. Also think you can easy check is, the oil service. Both in BMW Seattle & Northwest they will have some coupons for $80 oil service includes oil change, filter & reset the meter. In BMW Bellevue they say they will match, however the catch is they only change oil but not filter & wont reset the meter. Then why the xxxx you are say, we will do price match on the service. More
3 Series Shopping The dealership provided acceptable customer service. They weren't too friendly or hostile or deceptive which I find typical of most dealerships. The The dealership provided acceptable customer service. They weren't too friendly or hostile or deceptive which I find typical of most dealerships. They showed me what I wanted to see and provided prices that were competitive. They did try to sell me another car which didn't go over too well, but that's the average for dealerships. More
3 Series Purchase and Review Hunted for a 2011 335D, found one at this dealer. purchased with unresolved error code for SOS (which worked anyway), car is in for service as I write Hunted for a 2011 335D, found one at this dealer. purchased with unresolved error code for SOS (which worked anyway), car is in for service as I write this. Was told the service could be 15 minutes or more than 12 hours (software update related). Was informed I would have a loaner, but received grief when I asked if they had the loaner ready (service rep. "you need a loaner"?). Calling into BMW and asking for service, person answering "how may I direct your call", to which I say service, "are you scheduling for service or do you have a parts question", "my car is in for service please route me to service", then hold hold hold . . . Was used to the excellent service at Chaplin's VW, and now realize how awesome that crew is over at that dealership. This dealership needs to up their game soon. Sorely lacking in customer service on many levels. Will try to rate again later after a few more Bellevue BMW engagements. More

Please DO NOT buy from this dealership!! We bought a Brand new 2014 BMW X5 from the BMW of Bellevue dealership in December 2013 and we are highly dissatisfied with this dealership. This dissa We bought a Brand new 2014 BMW X5 from the BMW of Bellevue dealership in December 2013 and we are highly dissatisfied with this dealership. This dissatisfaction is a result of our aggregate experience so far. We are writing this review, hoping that others will consider this before going to the dealership and more importantly they will improve this for future. The beginning of our experience with the Bellevue dealership was when we test drove the car and I have to say that was the only good experience. After that it all went downhill from there. The day we purchased the car, our salesperson David Ly was in a mad rush. He barely explained how to set up the bluetooth and then for everything else he handed us the fat manual. He did showed the feature in the car itself where you could learn about the features yourself. You do not expect this buying a luxury car. When we test drove I asked David that BMW Connect works on Android phones and he was quick to reply that it does. After we purchased, when I asked how do I use BMW Connect from my Android phone he said that he only knows about iPhone - we should try to figure it out ourselves. We found later that BMW Connect does not work on Android in North America. Needless to say our buying experience was bad. He topped it by just bluntly asking for five star review on feedback and referring him to our friends. Rest assured, this guy would never get our recommendation. Next day after the purchase, we got a low air pressure warning on the Right rear tire. We went to the dealership and had to wait for an hour. David was roaming around chatting with his peers but never bothered to stop by and ask, if there was a problem. A person filled up the tires and mentioned that happens during change of temperature - I was surprised because Seattle does not experience that high of a temperature fluctuation but thought maybe. Over the next week or so, my wife had trouble connecting with the Blue-tooth while listening to music. It would suddenly interrupt in the middle. We sent an email to David Ly asking for help. Instead of providing any assistance he outright proved us wrong by sharing that he has never heard of a problem like this. He instructed us to disconnect and reconnect. We tried and the problem remained. Our dissatisfaction was climbing and patience going away. We contacted the Manager at the Bellevue dealership. He heard the whole thing and apologized for the poor experience but again no offer for helping us out or he would do something about the experience. After a month had passed and we did not hear at all about our new license plate we called David Ly since our temporary tabs are expiring. He looked around and mentioned that the new plates were at the dealership and had arrived a week ago, we should come to get them. No explanation to why he did not call us when the plates arrived. BTW, he has never activated the SOS feature on our BMW. We don't know what needs to be done and this was another of his 'learn it yourself' suggestion. Meanwhile, every few weeks the tire pressure in our right rear tire decreased. I had to buy a portable air pump to make sure that it was correct at all times. We did not wanted to go to this dealership again and add to the bad experience. Finally, after 3 months I decided to take the car to the dealership to get the tire checked. They looked at it and mentioned that there was a nail in it. I asked, if they could repair my brand new tire and they said that these run flat-tires cannot be repaired. Of course they are not covered by warranty. I asked if they could give me a loaner vehicle when they mount/balance the new tire and they refused to give a loaner vehicle for this type of service. i asked how much will that cost and they quoted me $450+ . I did a check online and found that I can get the exact same tire plus the install/balancing for $330. Not only they have horrible service they have prices that are 35% more. Of course I was mad at them and got the repair done myself. I even believe that the nail was in the tire from the start because it was the same tire that kept losing air pressure. These are special run-flat tires and hence they hold pressure for few weeks before they need air refill. All this has happened within four month of my car purchase. My experience has been so bad that I will never purchase again from this dealership. In fact my experience has left a bad taste for the BMW Brand also. I hope someone will finally pay attention to my complain and do something about it. I sincerely hope that no one ever gets an experience like this while buying a brand new luxury car. More
