Thorough and polite advisor and prompt service. However car needed extensive software updates of which I was not advised ahead of time. I live 3 hours from dealership and had not planned for an additional car needed extensive software updates of which I was not advised ahead of time. I live 3 hours from dealership and had not planned for an additional 5 hours of work. Now I have to take another day to complete. More
