Excellent Service, no hassle approach I dropped my car off to have my tires replaced. Jim the Service Manager and his team could have treated me better. I had a loaner car waiting for me a I dropped my car off to have my tires replaced. Jim the Service Manager and his team could have treated me better. I had a loaner car waiting for me and the paperwork was completed before I showed up for the service. All I had to do was sign and initial. They took care of the rest. Two days later I left with four new tires, alignment, front and rear breaks, leaking valve fixed, new windshield wipers and a spanking clean car. Thanks for making my life easy! More

Great Car-Buying Experience My older BMW was in for service and was not worth the cost that it would have been to fix JUST the major problems so I was faced with purchasing anoth My older BMW was in for service and was not worth the cost that it would have been to fix JUST the major problems so I was faced with purchasing another SUV when I had not planned on it. The service from the Service Dept. with Cindy, to Rachel in the Sales Dept. who found me the SUV with the best rate/price, to Fran who took me out on the test drives and finalized all the paperwork, was top-notch, highly professional, courteous, and friendly. I NEVER felt that anyone was trying to push into purchasing another vehicle and all my questions and concerns were addressed immediately. Would highly recommend this location and will continue to purchase any future SUV's from them. More

ZERO PROFESSIONALISM Hi, I recently tried Bel Air BMW for service of my BMW X5. My appointment was set for 7:15a.m. in the morning so I promptly arrived 15 minutes ear Hi, I recently tried Bel Air BMW for service of my BMW X5. My appointment was set for 7:15a.m. in the morning so I promptly arrived 15 minutes early only to have the service manager explain to me that his tech's get in at 8:00a.m. I was offered no explanation as to why they set appointments an hour prior to any staff showing up to perform various services. This was compounded by the rental loan manager offering a vehicle but treating me with a lack of professionalism with her attitude and also her barking orders to me with the various hoops I needed to jump through to receive a simple rental car. In summary, I declined the rental car and patiently waited several hours to have one single tire changed. If you need a NEW BMW or your current BMW needs servicing please save yourself from this dealership as they are inefficient, unprofessional and simply not up to BMW standards. Steve More
