This was a recall service visit. The service representative was very good at setting up the service process. I purchased a car from this dealership. On the drive home I noticed a vibration and took it to my local service person. It was determined that 4 of the rims were bent and needed repair. On the drive home I noticed a vibration and took it to my local service person. It was determined that 4 of the rims were bent and needed repair. I contacted the dealership 4 times asking them to help me, they always said they would call me back and never did. I contacted BMW of North America and they told me to make an appointment and take it in and have it repaired. I took it in to have the rims repaired. I thought they would stand by their car, but they told me I would need to pay for it. I had also requested a loaner car, the person who made the appointment told me I wouldn't need one. They were wrong, the repair took most of the day. The dealership rented me a car from Enterprise. It was insured under my name. I returned it the same day at the dealership. They never informed Enterprise until 2 days later that it was returned. The rental was insured under my name and they drove it many miles without changing the insurance. I was very upset about this. When I went to pick up my car, I paid for it and accidentally left my credit card at the dealership. They called to inform me and I asked them if they could mail it to me. I was told they don't mail anything out of this dealership. I told them I was never coming back after the way I was treated. I traded in a bmw that I had just put a new battery in that day because the light had come on. I could never sell a vehicle to someone if I knew something was wrong with it, but this dealership doesn't operate that way. This is my 7th BMW and never could have imagined this scenario unfolding.
