We were in the market for a new car and chose BMW as a strong possibility. Our first phone call linked us to Sean at BMW of Bel Air, who answered our basic questions and invited us to visit their showroom strong possibility. Our visit went very well and addressed all of our inquiries. There was no pressure, only an air of guidance and honesty. We were emailed the details of several vehicles expected to arrive at the dealer shortly. One of them matched our liking and we were able to put a deposit on it to hold it until its arrival and a chance for us to examine it ourselves. Again, Sean was most helpful and knowledgeable when the car arrived and we reviewed it from stem to stern. All our needs were met, including a good trade in price on our used car. We decided to buy the X3 and the process to finish the purchase was handled quickly and professionally by Matthew, the paperwork guy. We fell in love with our BMW as soon as we drove home in it. We also like the fact the dealership is only a short distance from our home. Sean invited us to call him at any time with questions about using the our car's various options and suggested we have a face to face meeting a couple of weeks later to go over any questions about operational functions their setup and use.
