Was sold a vehicle from this dealership in April only to find out a week ago that there was no title present at the time of purchase. Temp tags have expired and bmw has refused to issue a new set. I was tol find out a week ago that there was no title present at the time of purchase. Temp tags have expired and bmw has refused to issue a new set. I was told only MVA can issue me new temp tags. However, MVA instructed me that the dealershipn has to for screwing up and if they had the original title and the rest of the documents for this car, they would be able to help. BMW has sent nothing over to MVA to show that I have ownership to this car. I have been unable to drive my vehicle for almost a month now. When I first visited this location I felt very comfortable and the Staff appeared to be kind and honest. However due to this issue, I am starting to realize that I've been mislead regarding the bmw I purchased and have not been offered any additional assistance to accommodate me for the chaos this team has caused not even a loaner car while I'm waiting for the title. In the beginning I was told the title and tags were overnighted to me. I called the following business day, Monday to request a tracking number; no response from thr finance department for two days. When I finally was able to get a hold of the CFS I requested a tracking number and was told " I don't have a tracking number in my notes. Let me call tag and title and I will call you back". No call back, no updates. I found out from the SA that my title and tags were never process nor mailed out. So why lie to me and make me beleive that im going to get my title and tag so I can finally use my car for work and take my kids to camp. Nothing. No new updates. I've reported this incident to BMW and Autonation corporate as well as the MVA investigation office. Will never refer anyone to this dealership. You cannot sell a vehicle without a title. Common knowledge. This is not how you run a business nor treat your customers. More
