The quote for a window regulator repair was over double what other shops in the area would do the work for. Additionally, when I arrived to pick up the car, they could not explain why there was an extra $2 what other shops in the area would do the work for. Additionally, when I arrived to pick up the car, they could not explain why there was an extra $25 charge for "Shop Fees" in addition to the $200 diagnostic charge. The diagnostic charge alone was quite steep, when questioned about the charges they did remove the $25 fee, but it did not appear they wanted the business. Communication with the service department was good, however, it was not a great overall experience. I will seriously reconsider going back. More
