I was searching for a rare color combo and feature set in the last of the 2010 650i Series. I found BMW of Bel Air online and spoke to Nic Brown. Having had a previous BMW serviced here, I have found both the sales and service staff personnel to be well informed and very pleasant to interact with in both sales and service areas. The 2003 Used 300 both the sales and service staff personnel to be well informed and very pleasant to interact with in both sales and service areas. The 2003 Used 300 series BMW was in near perfect shape and small items were immediately corrected. One could not ask for better service. I certainly would recommend them highly to anyone interested in the purchase or servicing of their vehicle. More

My wife and I shopped for a BMW at the Bel Air dealership on a Saturday afternoon. We settled on a particular car and then had an issue with the car. We received an email from Mr. Richmond the very next day which was on a Sunday! We also received a personal phone call from Mr. Coleman, General Manager, on Monday asking if our issue had been resolved! Initially, we had reservations about how the matter would be handled but as it turned we were well taken care. Kudos to BMW of Bel Air and Towson. Thank you. More

As a former Acura owner, I was used to a simple list of options. Nic helped me easily navigate the hundreds of custom options that BMW offers on its vehicles. If you like nice vehicles like BMW but don't like dealing with pretentious sales people who typically sell the higher end vehicles, BMW of Bel Air is the place to go! Had some work done at this dealership and the price continuously changed. They caused more issues and tried to get me to pay for it. They replaced a fuel pump and then said it was a special chip needed continuously changed. They caused more issues and tried to get me to pay for it. They replaced a fuel pump and then said it was a special chip needed. I paid for the special chip and they would not verify if the old fuel pump was still good (I got charged for both). When the new chip was installed, it caused 3 problem lights to come on, they refused to fix the issue unless I paid them for it. I told them that it was something they did etc, etc... The end result was I took it to another BMW shop and they informed me that the chip replaced had to be reprogrammed and that process would take approx. 8 hours. It was included in the price of the chip (VERY EXPENSIVE) but the dealer didnt know how to reprogram, so this different dealership performed the job (Bel Air had nothing to do with me finding another dealer, they just left me there with issues they caused). STAY AWAY from this dealer, big time rip off artists!!!!!!! More
