Had some work done at this dealership and the price continuously changed. They caused more issues and tried to get me to pay for it. They replaced a fuel pump and then said it was a special chip needed continuously changed. They caused more issues and tried to get me to pay for it. They replaced a fuel pump and then said it was a special chip needed. I paid for the special chip and they would not verify if the old fuel pump was still good (I got charged for both). When the new chip was installed, it caused 3 problem lights to come on, they refused to fix the issue unless I paid them for it. I told them that it was something they did etc, etc... The end result was I took it to another BMW shop and they informed me that the chip replaced had to be reprogrammed and that process would take approx. 8 hours. It was included in the price of the chip (VERY EXPENSIVE) but the dealer didnt know how to reprogram, so this different dealership performed the job (Bel Air had nothing to do with me finding another dealer, they just left me there with issues they caused). STAY AWAY from this dealer, big time rip off artists!!!!!!! More

I went to BMW of Bel Air to look at a 2010 certified pre-owned 5 series. The sales person, Nic Brown, came out into the lot to greet me. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to go through each of pre-owned 5 series. The sales person, Nic Brown, came out into the lot to greet me. We went to his office to get additional information and on the way, he stopped to answer my questions about a 2011 528 i on the showroom floor. In the end, I wound up buying the 2011 5 series. Nic did a great job of comparing models, prices and option packages which made my decision easier. The vehicle I chose was not on the lot but he found it elsewhere and had it shipped in. I don't like waiting around for paperwork, etc. during the purchase process so Nic had everything filled out in advance of my arrival and all that was required were signatures. After the paperwork was complete, Nic demonstrated the operation of all features to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the buying experience. More

The sales professional I worked with, Nic Brown, took the time to explain the variances between the vehicles e.g. their performance design, operability, and driving style. Nic quickly developed an understanding of my preferences, drive style, and budget. The car of choice was a BMW 335 xi. BMW offers excellent financing opportunities and BMW of Bel Air also works with area credit unions to achieve maximum affordability for their customers. I experienced this first hand in working with the finance manager (Scott). I have owned a number of vehicles (Nissan, Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler) and BMW is by far the highest quality, highest performance, driver responsive vehicle I have ever owned. I've just completed my first service check through the BMW Preventative Maintenance Program (another fantastic reason to buy a BMW). The service department (Bill and Staff) at BMW of Bel Air are clincal BMW technicians who are ready and willing to answer questions and explain the BMW service protocol.
