This dealership has always treated me as a valued customer during the many years of taking my car there for service. Everyone is always extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I met Fran Meyers last year and had expressed my interest in buying a new car. However, I was not ready at that time, but told Fran that I would come to him when I was ready to start looking. He was very respectful and did not pressure me at all, but said that he would be there to help when I was ready. This was exactly the reason that when I was ready to purchase my new car I called Fran directly and told him that I was ready to start the process. Fran was terrific to work with and when we couldn't find a car that had everything that I was looking for, Fran helped "build" my new car and placed the order with the factory. There was a time period when it looked like I might not get my car, through no fault of BMW of Bel Air, but Fran persevered. Because of his hard work and staying on top of everything, I have the exact car that I wanted. I would like to thank him especially for making me feel like a valued customer. Thanks, Fran! More

He ensure the car was clean, documents were ready, and most of all put us in the car that was right for us! This is our 2nd purchase from Fran as he was MOST helpful to my husband in picking out our first BMW without my input .... and it was may car! Fran is an awesome sales person that cares about customers and is passionate about his product. He is the most honest and friendly person in the business. I have to say that I receive this type of service in total from this dealership....which was very different from our experience at Towson. Jason was absolutely wonderful and the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. During the financing part Dan was great. He answered all my questions and got me the best deal with the bank. Fabulous pre-owned purchase experience Initially, I hesitated to approach BMW of Bel Air about the ultra-low-mileage, mid-tier Prius they offered, thinking a high-end dealership would be a Initially, I hesitated to approach BMW of Bel Air about the ultra-low-mileage, mid-tier Prius they offered, thinking a high-end dealership would be a shark-tank for profit margin. To the contrary, every step of my purchase was no-pressure, customer-focused and supportive. Coming off a lengthy bereavement, my trade-in Prius and I were a bit scruffy for a top-tier customer, but Fran Meyers gave me respectful, patient attention without regard to superficialities. He was committed (as I was) to transparency, making it easy to discuss my semi-retired status and understand the BoB financing process, which pings multiple sources for the best rate. He initiated a tortureless discount and met my request for reasonable trade-in value. Finance mgr Dan came back with a dynamite rate for my excellent credit score, so I didn’t need to chase a deal with my previous source, Toyota Finl Svcs at a Toyota dealer, to work around my funky job status. Finally, Dan explained optional add-ons without dollar signs glowing in his eyes; completing the deal was easy and painless, almost fun. =) I highly recommend Fran and BMW of Bel Air for ANY purchase, not just beemers. I believe we drive the sales experience as well as the car, and I’ll drive my “new” Prius feeling that I was honored, not swindled. And yes, the dealership was absolutely worth the one-hour drive. You can approach BMW of Bel Air with confidence from any distance. A definite 10 out of 10! More
ZERO PROFESSIONALISM Hi, I recently tried Bel Air BMW for service of my BMW X5. My appointment was set for 7:15a.m. in the morning so I promptly arrived 15 minutes ear Hi, I recently tried Bel Air BMW for service of my BMW X5. My appointment was set for 7:15a.m. in the morning so I promptly arrived 15 minutes early only to have the service manager explain to me that his tech's get in at 8:00a.m. I was offered no explanation as to why they set appointments an hour prior to any staff showing up to perform various services. This was compounded by the rental loan manager offering a vehicle but treating me with a lack of professionalism with her attitude and also her barking orders to me with the various hoops I needed to jump through to receive a simple rental car. In summary, I declined the rental car and patiently waited several hours to have one single tire changed. If you need a NEW BMW or your current BMW needs servicing please save yourself from this dealership as they are inefficient, unprofessional and simply not up to BMW standards. Steve More
